Also when some things are free! Since lately a lot of free things are country-bound, we simply need to work together to keep everyone up to date when something free appears on Stardoll!
I decided to add this page so that not everyone would keep posting the same thing all over the blog and also to create a place for you to check and see if there are new exciting things we haven’t been able to post yet (we’re not online 24/7 xP).

I was wondering if anyone knew all of the items that can no longer be sold ie: the HB New Look pink dress. I know that is just one the items but I have been told there are more. I think it would help all of those who have been getting scammed to know which items cannot be traded. Not to mention I myself would love to have a list. I am also going to send this suggestion to Stardoll itself to see if they will release the list in some way to discourage the users in a more vocal way. Thanks all for any help on this.

You might not know… but tons of people are having their accounts deleted.. so far around 10 people from fashionclub have been deleted from stardoll, by the stardoll staff.
I cherryr am one of them.. also some others are thefray101, larsa_gurl, freetrip and more. :[ And we are all pretty ‘known’ on stardoll.. i.e. I won cg.. etc. :/
Does anyone know why they’re deleting accounts? A long time ago there was a really well know girl whose account was deleted. I don’t even remember her name anymore, but she was one of those people who broadcast a lot. Anyway, she was feuding with a lot of people so I assumed she was deleted for bad behavior. But is that why accounts are being deleted now or is it just random?
yah i know there was once this really well known girl who was really popular like in the beginning of 2008 when bearly anyone had the 2000 points hairstyle!!! and then she got deleted for no reason at all she won cg and everything!!!!

I was thinking,why dont you allow us to do our doll’s nails? and let us buy straightners,curlers and scissors so we can go wild with our imagination and cut and style our dolls’ hair? Another thing was You can make a DIY medoll shop and sell the curling iron’s the scissors and straightners there!
you can then make a shop with nail varnish in so we can paint our nails and then stickers for our nails!

Well, that’s pretty offtopic. But many people wants to have a black background on their presentations. Well, I found a pretty good solution. I hope you guys gonna post that because this would be helpful for many people =)
1) Go to one Stardoll user for which you know that surely has a black background. Those persons I know are Miss_LolitaF, Leonakiseja, i_luvsports, vpurple…and I also have it (click of my name). You have to visit a member which HAVES the black background.
2) Copy a little part of his/her presentation and open Microsoft Office Word 2003 or newer. Then paste the copied piece.
3) Delete out the text (if it contains) and write in yours. You can use different font, letters, colors…make it so you gonna love it =)
4) Copy your writed presentation
5) For this step you gonna need of Firefox or Opera or Google Chrome. Internet Explorer does not support those texts.
I make it with Firefox =) Just simply log in with one of those browsers and click ‘edit presentation’. Delete your previous text and paste in your new. If shows up a simply black text, then delete the text and try with an different browser. When it shows up like it was in Word, then just save your presentation. It 1oo% works and it’s 1oo% safe. And the presentation looks after you save it damn pretty xD
If you don’t believe, check out mine =) I used MS Word 2oo7 and Mozilla Firefox 3.0.0

“50 sd per month” mean that you can earn only 50 sd per month. So you can play and earn 10 times in month (10*5sd=50sd). It’s unfair! Before that you could earn from 140sd to 155sd per month! (February 28 days).

It may be just on my account, but is the play and earn only giving you 1 stardollar every time you play a game, no matter what you earn? I played the word search game and got 3100 points, which usually gives me all of my money, but only got 1 stardollar. I had to play it five times until I got all of my money. Is it doing that to anyone else?

When You go to Starplaza and Buy the Non Superstar Striped Flower Print Dress on a Non Superstar Account, It says you need to Be a Superstar.
I just found this out when i tried to buy it on my non Superstar Account.
When i Try to Buy the Striped Print Dress which is non Superstar, on a Non Superstar Account. You cant get it because it says you need to Be SUperstar ??

That happens if you’ve just joined a new club. Then, all you do is create a new club and you will have a new one, plus your other club back and all the clubs you’re in back.
1-Log into normal Stardoll,

3-Close tab, go to your suite, and the items will be there

I found one of the Harajuku things!
If you log on to stardoll with an english proxy (like goproxing.com, don’t know any manual ones sorry)(unless you’re already from the uk of course)
you can go to the harajuku club and click the get the gifts button and then there’s the bikini and hairband of one of the harajuku girls in your suite!!
It says on the club that a new harajuku girl will be released in 19 days which means more gifts

I suggest that if u see something not so cute but really cheap then don’t buy it just because its cheap. And if u have some stuff in your suite that u like but never will wear then sell it cuz u know you’re not gonna wear it.
In my suite, in my storage box, after i put everything into the storage by clicking on the sweep button, i suddenly had 2 of everything!
The same thing happened to me. After a while – the duplicate will dissapear.

Stardoll suddenly acrrys on saying your not in any clubs and delets yours! It’s so annoying having to log in and out so you get clubs back!
whattt that happened to me its a bad glitch
when i join a club i tried to check my page then scrolled down i see im a member of the club i joined last and my club has dissapear so i soo have to log out and back in sooo annoying! ughh stardoll is killing me!!!
that is the way that non ss can make a new club.
when u join a club, usually it takes away your club. If it does, create a new club and then your old one will come back plus you will have a second club.
When your making either your presentation or club presentation you are in the middle of typing or adding a picture and it carrys on scrolling back up. I punched the wall I got so mad!!!

it’s because u can keep one of the sd for the next day, so you will have 6sd the next day.
and for vallerina08 u can screenshot things by:
on windows: press alt and print screen. (could also be prtsc sysrq) then press paste in paint.
on macs: Command-Shift-3 and it will save as a file on the desktop.

In starplaza if you search green and on page 5 you can get green mascaras (not seen in Dot) and on page 11 of a search on blue you can get a blue lip pen (also not seen in Dot) and same on page 3 of purple, there is a purple mascara. I hope this helps a little bit.

I think that you should delete the free things that don’t work anymore. I’ve tried a lot like : AVRIL LAVIGNE stuff,or TINKERBELL items and they don’t work anymore. Those who are new to stardoll can try them and they don’t work. Please do something about this. And so this will become the best blog ever ☺☺☺☺☺☺

as someone who gets updated on whatever happens on stardoll through this blog, i have some suggestions:
- small pictures that can be enlarged by clicking on them, which will open the pic in a new tab/[window if you're not using firefox]. because it sometimes takes forever to scroll down a post that contains dozens of large pictures. and if possible, join all the pics into 1 or few, rather than each item being posted alone, large.
- to not put a logo of the site/writer on every pic, some pics have the logo on the items – which deforms the shapes and looks of the items, and is utterly annoying. everyone knows how to take screenshots.. i used to put pics on my blog, never included a logo or my name, in the days that no one knew where stardoll’s flash folder is located, and didn’t mind people posting them in their blogs without giving me a credit. if recognition of the blog is that important, a watermark logo is much preferred.
- way toooo much posts every day – not necessarily a good thing. with the large pics included to every post, it takes forever to scroll down and move to the previous pages – just to read yesterday’s posts.
- a twitter account, or a fan page on facebook, i don’t know if this blog has either, but it will be awesome if we could get updated whenever there is a new post, with a short link to the post itself. it will be much easier to find posts, because it will be like ‘indexing’ the blog.
- the layout – too bright, i don’t know if it’s because i have very sensitive eyes or because im migranic, but it makes my eyes hurt :/ . and i can’t even tell who made a new reply, or who replied to an existing reply. besides, the brighter the screen – the more power it consumes, so in a ‘green’ manner, if you make the background a bit darker, it will consume less power, with black being the least power-consuming color [im not saying pick black, although that would be awesome!].
i don’t know what about other people here, but on my wide-screen laptop, half of the screen isn’t in use, it’s only a very bright gray background. but i gotta give you a thumbs-up for having a clean elegant layout, rather than a childish girly layout [pink/red with hearts etc..].
- the banner, oh the banner.. no offense to whoever made it, but i like the previous one better.
ok i wrote a lot, been the pain in the ass i usually am, might have pissed off some people.. and now im going to study.

You probably already noticed this, but in Starplaza there is a shirt that is being used as a dress on one of the mannequins. It’s in the first window and it’s the mannequin with the glove belt. The skirt is actually called Pink Single Sleeve Blouse, by Pretty in Pink.

I’m a superstar and EVERYTHING in the store has a X through it and i cant buy it please someone tell me!!!
LE stands for Limited Edition. This means that there are only a certain number of each item that can be purchased by stardoll members collectively. You have to be super quick to get some.
LE stands for Limited Edition, which means the supplies of those clothes are limited.
The x through them means that the stock has run out because heaps of people bought them.
i was just checking out some clothes at voile and there was a leperd print dress so i clicked on it and the brand said pretty in pink!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! check it out if you want to

Thats a really old hairstyle. You used to be able to have it but then Stardoll got rid of it. The girl porbs only kept it because if she changed it then she would n’t get it back….:/

Superstars can now recycle their ‘OLD’ clothing and they get 1sd but you only get to recycle once a day so be careful and you wont get it back so in a way ss get 6sd a day now

when i was visting my suite today i saw a new ‘recycle’ bin.
you can choose a item to recycle for 1stardollar.
but the catch you can use it all the time but only get 1stardollar per-day.

hey there is a new superstar feature for superstars you get to recycle your things you can recycle as many things as you want but you only get paid for the 1st thing you recycle (you only get paid 1sd) so basicaly you throw away things you dont want.
There’s a new feature in our suites, a recycling bin! You choose one item to recycle and in exchange you will have one sd! Only Superstars can use this feature

Looks like there is another glitch around today. I heard of some stuff not loading properly and instead pictures from facebook or somewhere else showing up. But that was weeks ago. It’s either back or because I didn’t have the problem back then it’s my turn now.
Here is “proof”:

When you join, there is someone who talks to you and tells you more about stardoll, and how to get started.
On the third day of being on stardoll, the staff will let you be superstar for just 24 hours.

Now they are not just taking away all the brands from Starplaza. Yes, they are even taking away ELLE now. Half the price on everything.
Stardoll has taken another huge step backwards, they are just getting greedier. Now they have changed how Starbazaar works. Now you are no longer getting the money you sell your clothes of, except from 1 sd that Stardoll gets. NO! Now they have changed the rules! Now you only get HALF of the money you are selling your stuff of. The other half the greedy stardoll takes! TIME FOR REVOLUTION! They are just getting toooo far with this!

There is a HUGE glitch on Stardoll today! A Doree hair dye that just came out was non-SS and in the most popular section. I got my starpoints just by voting for stardesign too.. every time I voted I got another starpoint, until I reached five, but when I clicked on the starpoints it said I’d gotten SIX, even though I only got five and I didn’t have any stardollars saved up. So i was able to buy the doree hair dye! You can check it out by going to my medoll editor.

There is a NON-SS HAIR DYE! Doree Haircolour Vanilla – probably a glitch as it isn’t even in the Doree salon! I wonder what it shall say? And that Summer Pass is horrible – what a sneaky way of encouraging people to become SS.

I was on Stardoll, and I found a MacBook designed by someone for only $15!! It looks realistic, and I spotted that one of the designer’s customers bought one! The designer is futuretopmodel, and one of the people that has one is tartbuffy (she’s in the pic on the right side). I wanted to find out more about it, so I saw her presentation saying you can get the wallpaper customized the way you want it. It says on the presentation that the regular Mac Book has a black, pink and purple gradient wallpaper (for $15), but if you want your own custom colors (up to 3 colors in gradient or non-gradient), it costs $20! I think tartbuffy’s MacBook is custom, since it is just black. Also, it says if you want a special order Rainbow one (regular or gradient), it costs $45! It don’t know what the rainbow ones look like, but I’m sure they look good since they’re expensive. (Once I find the rainbow ones I’ll tel you guys!) This is REALLY something TSI should write about.

I wanted to find out what the pent house was all about, so i went onto the suite of deeeniiii , figuring that she’d have bought one. I noticed her suite was unusualy bland and that she didn’t have her L.E, Antidote, DKNY and Hotbuys set out as she usually would in different rooms. i also noticed that she’s selling (currently Hotbuys) and is advertising on her presentation that she wants to sell three items of her L.E collection. I visit her often and this has never come to my attention, and since she seems to be a major stardoll player (she has 7127 starpoints and has been a member since 2007) i found this wierd. Perhaps she’s leaving stardoll? I understand that this may just be a strange thin for me to post, but she’s been covergirl multiple times and why she would leave is beyone me.

Look on dvf.com for Diane von Furstenberg. There will be seven models. You do have to pick a country but it doesn’t matter which one. When you get there the sixth model has a handbag. The handbag is a replica of the LE handbag that recently came out in the starplaza. Why would they have it in the LE instead of the Diane von Furstenberg?

I found out something weird about stardoll.tom.com.When you go to website it wont let you go in.All it shows is “It works!” in big black letters.try it yourself it wont let you go in.Idk what happened.All it says is “it works!”.

Hi! I have problem with Stardoll, hope you could help me. Has anyone else noticed that you can’t save your suite? I mean, when the room contains over 100 items in it. No matter how many times you try to save it, it just doesn’t work. It worked yesterday morning, but not after that. I wrote to the staff about it, but they probably answer something “thanks for telling, we’re working on it” – yeah, right…

I noticed today that in starplaza that the “stardoll pink necklace! is now 12sd. I bought it about a week ago and it was only 3sd! Its proper name is: stardoll TV necklace.
Maybe its a glitch but it is a rip off to buy it at 12sd and it was 3sd.
But when u look into the NEW section the necklace is 12sd but if u search pink jewellery it is 3sd!
I am just wanting to let u know as it is a terrible shame to lose 8sd to all the people who like the necklace that bought and then see it as 3sd.

In my comments a girl posted – h t t p : / / f r e e s t a r d o l l a r s u . c a b a n o v a . c o m / – and I went there and it told me to ”log in” with my stardoll user name and pass, and I would get 500 star dollars and a DKNY scarf. I believe strongly that this is a scam to get your password for stardoll.
Please do not do what it asks because that could result in loss of you account forever!

I have a glitch, if you search in Starplaza for footwear on page 44 there’s bisou fringed cowgirl boots for 9 stardollars and on page 43 there’s some almost identical boots (fudge mocassin slouch boots) for 8 stardollars! They’re both superstar though

Did anyone notice since the big makeover of Stardoll that, when you dress up new dolls you have to put the clothes yourself back to the hanger, if you know what I mean, cause I can’t explain very well… At the old dolls when you want to change the clothes you only “push” that clothes with a click up to the edge of the screen of the dress-up game, and they go back to their place on the hanger. But now if you do this the clothes will not go back to their places and it’s really annoying….
