We really appreciate everyone who tries to help out and informs us about new things, glitches etc.
Also when some things are free! Since lately a lot of free things are country-bound, we simply need to work together to keep everyone up to date when something free appears on Stardoll!
I decided to add this page so that not everyone would keep posting the same thing all over the blog and also to create a place for you to check and see if there are new exciting things we haven’t been able to post yet (we’re not online 24/7 xP).

Tell Stardoll via email contact on the My Account tab page. I have the same problem with a $8 Chainmail jumpsuit paid for 10 days ago & still hasnt shown up in suite. Pic wont come up on ur Starplaza medoll when ur trying on clothes so its a software glitch. Check ur account for the PROOF that you paid for item & email Stardoll with the transaction details ie date time amount etc & they MUST follow up & EITHER REFUND OR ISSUE YOUR PURCHASED ITEM! Pls contact me if u need help.

Go to your medoll editor (or when you join stardoll,u know)
Then choose the eyes category and choose the 6th eyes on the 2nd page then choose a color for yor eyes.(but actually the skin up your eye is changing it’s colour!
Also a girl said in a comment that we maybe will can set a price in our starbazaar for 500 strdollars!!!

I was on stardoll and on the front slide show where it shows stuff like new dolls and the cover girl it had a slide which said stop cyber bullying and it had a picture of a girl wearing a bracelet that said bffl .
I clicked on it but it said 404 not found . ):
I went back on later and now the slide has dissapered .

When you search dresses in the Starplaza, the Red Carpet dresses are still there and nonSuperstar. I haven’t tried to buy them though, because I don’t have enough Stardollars. I have 12 Stardollars right now, and I tried to buy them, and the message just said that I didn’t have enough Stardollars, and it didn’t even say that I had to be Superstar to buy them….

This may not b a suggestion but stardoll is really cheeky.. all of the nice pink, miss sixty etc stuff is all for superstars… so people that can’t afford to keep topping up will then miss out.. i have never been a superstar becoz it’s just a waste of money… y buy virual clothes when you could go out and buy real clothes??…:P

Hi, If you do the 2 scenery’s the Dawaii scenery and the one RIGHT NEXT to it, you get the Tiger, I got it on all my accounts. I did BOTH scenery’s and got both plus on some accounts (where I hadn’t purchased) you get the Colorful Sparkle glitter too ! I’m from Stardoll’s account, Orange008. On the Stardoll startpage a new stripehaircolor is shown up under news, its called “Brocade Berry” you can click on it there to get to but it, it has almost same color as the “blood red color”, another thing, you can’t find it in the Dorée shop or searching for Dorée, also, you can only get this color thru startpage!!!

That same happened to me. I made a test, if you take an item off from Starbazaar and them put it back – the price is 1 stardollar! I always check out the prices, but still that happened: someone bought my Voile dress for 1 sd. That happened max in 10 seconds! Write to the Staff, I did it too and told they should give my dress back. They answered (automatic answer) and admitted the problems, so I wrote them back.

Hi guy , it sad to say this but i just notice that from now on Stardoll not going to give us 1 sd a day anymore . My friend had sent them a letter and say it a mistake but the stadoll said that there will be no more stardollar perday . excep for the 5sd play and earn but it will finish soon . Omg

Well a couple if things…
1: You can sell the wizards on deck top! But it is selling as a jacket! So people could be tricke into buying a jacket that is actually a top so you need to warn people!
2:Stardoll is ripping people off because of their new high prices plus you can not get 1 stardollar a day!
There has been a protest message going around so i was wondering if you had it so i could help.

Hey – there’s free tinkerbell items in the suite shop. Go to “tinkerbell” under DIY, then you will find a free lamp and pillow. There’s also other items like curtains, they are all under 5 stardollars, and are non-ss.

Dear Stardoll Insiders I’ve been a member of Stardoll since it began so I know how much it has changed-but my new account (SPARKLE-9784) is a year or two old. And my basic point is that I’m admiring your work evr since you created htis blog =)
I just wanted to let you know that
1) If you go to the suite shop and click on most popular there is a Tinkerbell curtain but it isnt free =(
2) There is a pet but it doesn’t say what its for it is 5 dollars and is a penguin -in the same section as the Tinkerbell curtain.
Hope I helped and I also wanted to know what your real stardoll accounts are calle mine is SPARKLE-9784(You might have noticed lol)

Hi I have some complaints I want to tell you about. Not about TSI but About Stardoll itself.
I’ve contacted them about two things,
firstly my country has been changed (don’t know how??) to Austria but IM FROM UK whenever i try to change it back on my account it doesn’t let me it just returns to austria.
the only help i got was to change it through my account and when i told them it didn’t work they ignored me.
they should really reply considering i can’t buy starollars which would actually help them make some money!
secondly, I received this email

for your country try again and again it happens its done that from the begining but if it still doesnt work then change the country and the pass at the same time-usually does the trick and then log out and in-you can change the pass after that if you wish =)
