Hot Buys are a few items that are chosen by Stardoll and have the name ‘Hot buy …’ (like Hot Buys boots or whatever) in Starplaza. They usually stay only a for a short period in the Shop and never go in sale. They are always posted up front in the Stardoll Magazine -> ‘Hot Buys & Styled Outfits’, once a month. They are mostly Superstar (although, more and more non superstar as well), and are sometimes overprized.
And yes, that would be a great idea
Did you know that in the ‘old days’ non superstars were able to send out more gifts? First of all there were more than just one gift that was non-superstar + If you, as non superstar, got a superstar gift from someone else, you were, from then on, able to send out that gift to other members as well! So when you received a superstar gift from someone else, that gift turned non-superstar for you to give to others. 
But, that changed unfortunately

its not terrible! fashion is created by big designers like chanel, marc jacob’s, etc. and then highstreet retailers & stardoll copy, and thats how you see everyone with the latest fashion. it’s not like illegal or anythin :/
